Congratulations to our MindTech colleagues, Dr Bethan Davies and Dr Sue Brown who have both been appointed Senior Research Fellow at the University of Nottingham.

Sue has a background in medical sociology and has a special interest in the implementation of new technologies in healthcare. She spent five years as PPI lead, and has contributed to multiple projects including the recently published ORBIT Trial.

Bethan works in projects relating to evaluating digital technologies for children and young people’s mental health. With a background in health psychology, Bethan has taken a lead role evaluating online interventions for young people with Tourettes and tic disorders.

Their promotion to Senior Research Fellow is well deserved, and a testament to their dedication to healthcare research and the communities they work alongside.
