In setting out its operational priorities, the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) referenced pioneering ADHD research conducted by the MindTech team.
Best Research for Best Health: the next chapter highlights the important contribution our work is making to ADHD diagnosis. This research is now being rolled out for evaluation across the NHS, via the Academic Health Science Network.
The document mentions the Focus ADHD intervention, which uses innovative technology, QbTest, to measure a patient’s attention, impulsivity and motor activity all at the same time. These indicators are core symptoms of ADHD and accurate measurement adds objectivity to support timely diagnosis.
We’re delighted to see our work inform research priorities for the future, leading to improved health outcomes for the nation.
